Used where supplier or product information indicates no added sugar or a sugar-free claim. Check the nutrition panel for sweeteners and total carbohydrates.

Used where product information includes an organic claim. Check the product label for the exact organic certification or ingredient-level claim.

Ingredient claim

Non-GMO

Used where supplier or product information indicates a non-GMO claim. Check the packaging for the exact scope of the claim.

Dietary

Used as a low-carb shopping aid where available product information supports keto-friendly use. Check macros and serving size against your own plan.

How to use tags safely

  • Use tags to narrow your search, not as the only basis for purchase.
  • Read the actual product label and ingredients before checkout and before use.
  • Check allergen warnings, cross-contact warnings and serving directions.
  • Confirm suitability with a consultant or healthcare professional if you are unsure.
