Delete your One Life account
Some partings should be simple. This page closes the account you sign in with — at the counter we only ever knew you by your email.
How it works
- Enter the email address you sign in with.
- In the Comment field, write: DELETE MY ONE LIFE ACCOUNT
- Send it. We reply to that address to confirm it is really you — then we delete or anonymise the account data held for you: your sign-in, saved details and the order history tied to your identity.
What stays, honestly.
Tax and transaction records the law requires us to keep, we keep — anonymised where the law allows. Orders already placed still stand.
Your phone keeps its own notes.
The app stores your chapter, ritual, basket, watch shelf and sign-in on your device, not with us. To clear those: open the app → You → Clear local app data. Deleting your account here does not reach into your phone, and clearing your phone does not touch your account.
And after.
You can shop as a guest any time — the counter has never required an account, and never held that against anyone.
