Sfera Milk Thistle Complex contains a blend of phospholipids, herbal powders and herbal extracts to help support liver function and relieve digestive disturbances. This blend contains milk thistle seed, phosphatidyl choline, dandelion herb, artichoke extract and turmeric.

Silybum marianum, commonly known as milk thistle, is a flowering plant originally native to Southern Europe through to Asia. Milk thistle is a liver protective herb and may assist in digestive wellbeing.

Phosphatidyl choline is a phospholipid with a choline head group. Phosphatidyl choline may help to support liver function and general wellbeing.

Taraxacum mongolicum, commonly known as dandelion, is an edible flowering plant with a history of use as a traditional medicine. This herb has been reported to be used for multiple purposes including the increase of bile flow and to assist in digestive disturbance relief.

Cynara scolymus, commonly known as artichoke, is a type of thistle cultivated as an edible food. Artichoke may assist in digestive disturbance relief.

Curcuma longa, commonly known as Turmeric, is a flowering plant in the ginger family. Turmeric rhizomes are commonly used as a spice in cooking. Turmeric may aid digestion, help relieve flatulent dyspepsia, act as a liver protectant, increase bile excretion by the liver (choleretic) and stimulate contraction of the gallbladder.

One vegetarian capsule provides: Silybum marianum (Milk Thistle) [seed powder] 300 mg, Phosphatidylcholine 16 mg, Taraxacum mongolicum (Dandelion) [root powder] 50 mg, Cynara scolymus (Artichoke) [leaf powder] 50 mg, Curcuma longa (Turmeric) [Rhizome powder] 50 mg. Other ingredients: Vegetarian capsule and microcrystalline cellulose. Allergens: Contains Soy
