Sfera Full Spectrum Mushroom Complex contains a blend of 5 medicinal mushrooms which contributes to the normal function of the immune system, helps support liver function and may increase energy. This blend may also assist in enhancing stamina, may reduce fatigue and assists in improving athletic performance.

Lentinula edodes, commonly known as Shiitake mushroom, is an edible mushroom native to East Asia. Shiitake mushroom is source of fungal polysaccharides with immunomodulating properties and acts as a source of antioxidants. In Sfera products a 10:1 extract of Lentinula edodes is used with the aim of enriching constituents with beneficial properties.

Cordyceps sinensis, commonly known as Cordyceps or Caterpillar fungus, is an entomopathogenic fungus mainly found in the meadows above 3,500 meters (11,483 feet) on Tibetan Plateau in Southwest China and Himalayan regions of Bhutan and Nepal. Cordyceps is valued in China as a traditional Chinese medicine. Cordyceps acts as a source of antioxidants for general well-being. In Sfera products a Cordyceps sinensis extract with a 10:1 ratio is used with the purpose of enriching the antioxidant content.

Ganoderma lucidum, commonly known as reishi mushroom or lingzhi, is a reddish brown kidney shaped cap mushroom with a history of use in traditional Chinese medicine. Source of fungal polysaccharides with immunomodulating properties. Reishi is used in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) to assist in treatment of insomnia, forgetfulness, fatigue, listlessness and poor appetite. Reishi may act as an antioxidant and may assist with liver wellbeing, immune support, energy and resistance to stress. In Sfera products a Ganoderma lucidum ethanol extract with a 10:1 ratio is used with the aim of enriching constituents with beneficial properties.

Grifola frondosa, also known as Maitake or hen-of-the-wood, is a polypore mushroom growing at the base of trees native to China, Europe and North America. Maitake mushroom is used in Herbal Medicine and may support the immune system and act as a source of fungal polysaccharides with immunomodulating properties. In Sfera products a Grifola frondosa 10:1 extract is used with the aim of enriching constituents with beneficial properties.

Hericium erinaceus commonly known as Lion’s Mane mushroom is an edible mushroom native to North America, Europe and Asia. Lion’s Mane mushroom has a long history of use in East Asian traditional medicine. Sfera Lion’s Mane is made from a Hericium erinaceus ethanol-water 10:1 extract, with the aim to enrich the polysaccharide content in the material. Sfera Lion’s Mane Mushroom Extract promotes and maintains cognitive health. Sfera Lion’s Mane is a source of polysaccharides with immunomodulating properties and provides antioxidants.

Ingredients

One vegetarian capsule provides: Lentinula edodes (Shiitake Mushroom) [fruiting body, water ethanol extract 10:1] 100 mg, Cordyceps sinensis (Cordyceps Mushroom) [fruiting body, water ethanol extract 10:1] 100 mg, Ganoderma lucidum (Reishi Mushroom) [fruiting body, water ethanol extract 10:1] 100 mg, Grifola frondosa (Maitake Mushroom) [fruiting body, water ethanol extract 10:1] 100 mg, Hericium erinaceus (Lion's Mane Mushroom) [fruiting body, water ethanol extract 10:1] 100 mg.

Other ingredients: Vegetarian capsule and microcrystalline cellulose.

Directions

Take one (1) to three (3) capsules daily with water on an empty stomach, at least one hour before or two hours after a meal, or as directed by hour health care provider.
