One 1/4 scoop contains: Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid)1000 mg. (Full 4 ml scoop provides 4000 mg Ascorbic acid)

Directions for use:

Take a ¼ scoop daily with food or as directed by your healthcare provider.

Adults 18 years and older up to 1000 mg may be taken daily.

Children 1-3 years, 400 mg daily.

Children 4-8 years, 650 mg daily.

Children 9-18 years, 1000 mg daily.
