Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in the body. Glutamine plays a crucial role in various bodily functions, including the removal of excess ammonia, immune system functioning, brain function, and digestion. Supplementing with glutamine can be especially beneficial during times of high physical stress, injury or illness when the body's demand for glutamine exceeds its production capacity.

Ingredients:
Pure Glutamine Powder

Directions for Use:
Mix 1 heaped teaspoon of glutamine powder with water or juice, twice daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
