PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

When ingested on a regular basis, Vivomixx® Micro Probiotic from OSA Pharma should improve or normalise the microbial balance in the human intestine and thereby improve the functioning of the digestive tract.

RECOMMENDED USAGE

Always take Vivomixx® Micro Probiotic, exactly as indicated or as your doctor has instructed you. You should check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are unsure. Take one to two microcapsules daily, with a glass of water. May be taken with or without food. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Take your missed dose when you remember. Do not take a double dose to make up for forgotten individual doses.

Best taken in the morning on an empty stomach.

If on antibiotics, take between doses to minimise the inactivation of Vivomixx®.

Serving size: 1 capsule (each microcapsule contains 10 billion CFU) Amount per serving
Streptococcus thermophilus 4.4 billion CFU
Bifidobacteria (B. longum, B. lactis, B. breve) 3 billion CFU
Lactobacilli (L. acidophilus, L. delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus, L. paracasei, L. plantarum) 2.6 billion CFU

STORAGE

Due to South African temperature variations, it is advisable to refrigerate, although storage in a cool dry place (<25°C), away from sunlight is adequate. Keep out of reach of children.

Store in original packaging until required for use.

Do not use after the expiry date stated on the packaging.

WARNINGS/CONTRAINDICATION

If pregnant, nursing or taking medication, consult your healthcare practitioner before use. 

Do not use this product if you have an allergy or sensitivity to any of the ingredients.

In the event of over-dosage, consult your doctor or pharmacist. If neither is available, contact the nearest hospital or poison control centre.

You may experience diarrhoea, bloating and flatulence. This is during the first few days after starting treatment and is usually only for a short while as your body adapts to the change in intestinal flora.
