The NATtritious Drink is considered an all-in-one health booster. Containing 6 of nature's best health ingredients, all mixed into one very delicious easy to make drink, enjoy it hot or cold in summer or winter, every day of the year. The pure natural ingredients of this product will increase anti-oxidant capacity, support the immune system and aid in the management of general health. Directions for Use:
THE HOT MIX:
Mix 5 heaped teaspoons in 250ml hot water and 100ml low fat hot milk (optional), stir well, add Nattrend Honey (preferable Raw Bee Honey) and enjoy.

THE COLD MIX:
Mix 5 heaped teaspoons in 250ml hot water and 175ml cold milk, or fill with water and ice. Place in a smoothie mixer, add ice, add Nattrend Honey (preferable Raw Bee Honey) mix together and enjoy.

REMEMBER: Always use the Nattritious Drink with our Nattrend Honey.
