"Colon Flush' has been formulated using magnesium oxide, which is a natural product to help activate the colon, relieve constipation, and result in detoxification of the colon.

The supplement has an osmotic effect, meaning it draws water into the intestines to cause a laxative effect that can help relieve constipation in both children and adults.

Contra indications:
Using too much can result in diarrhea. It is recommended to start off with a reduced dosage , and work up to the dose that works for you.

It is not a good source of Magnesium for bones, muscles and stress – in these cases rather use Magnesium Glycinate or Magnesium Citrate.

Too much of Magnesium Oxide may lead to dangerously high magnesium levels in certain cases such as those with kidney impairment.

Colon Flush has been scientifically formulated with magnesium oxide, a natural product known for its capability to activate the colon, alleviate constipation and aid in the detoxification of the colon. This supplement works through an osmotic effect, drawing water into the intestines to stimulate a laxative effect, thus potentially relieving constipation in adults.

Directions for Use:
Take 2-4 capsules daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by your health care practitioner. For constipation, start at lower dosages. Not recommended for children.

Always consult your healthcare practitioner before taking this product, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a serious health condition, or are taking any other medication. Keep out of reach of children. 

Storage:

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place.
