Ingredients:

*Vegetable capsule

Directions for Use:
Take 1 capsule, 2-3 times daily with water, preferably before mealtime.
To aid sleep, take 1-2 capsules, 30 minutes before bedtime.
Or as directed by your health care practitioner.
