Terranova Fermented Ashwagandha – Fermanolide™ is an advanced formulation of Ashwagandha root, known for its adaptogenic properties and wide range of therapeutic uses. Ashwagandha is renowned for its roles in stress management, anxiety relief, fatigue reduction, and enhancing cognitive function. Directions for Use:
Adults: Take 1 capsule daily with food.
