Spirulina is a great source of iron, copper, and B vitamins.

Phycocyanin is the main active compound in spirulina. It has powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Research indicates that spirulina may assist in lowering triglycerides, and improving cholesterol levels, which may support heart health.

Ingredients:
Spirulina Powder 500mg

Directions for Use:
Take 6-12 capsules daily with water, preferably at mealtime.
