Serving size/Dosage:
* The recommended dosage is: 1 capsule before breakfast and before lunch daily for 3-6 months
* It is best to not eat for an hour before taking the capsule and for an hour afterwards
* As a preventative, one dose a day should be adequate
* To restore health, use two doses a day
* If you are confronted with a serious condition, use three doses a day
* There are no negative side effects, even after long-term use and it can be used in conjunction with current medications
