Ingredients:
100% Pure Indigo Powder (Indigofera Tinctoria)
Â
Serving size/Dosage:
For grey hair to light brown hair use a mix of 60% Henna powder and 40% Indigo powder.
For grey hair to dark brown/black hair use a mix of 40% Henna powder with 60% or more Indigo powder.
The colour results will vary depending on your hair type and condition.
Mix Indigo powder (with Henna Powder) with either hot water or warm strong black tea or warm strong black coffee a little by little to get a thick paste.
One or two raw egg yolks can be added to the mixture. The Biotin in the egg helps to maintain healthy roots and follicles of the hair.
Wet the hair, then dry it with a towel. A bit of oil or cream can be applied around your hairline to protect skin from any colour that may transfer during the application.
Using gloves apply the paste on your hair. Apply the mixture from the root to the tip of your hair, strand by strand to get full coverage.
Once you have applied the mixture to your hair, tie it securely into a bun at the top of your head depending on how long your hair is.
Cover your hair with a shower cap or wrap it in cling film and leave for about 1.5 to 2 hours.
Wash your hair with lukewarm water and natural mild shampoo. Condition as usual.
Finally, rinse hair with cold water to close the hair follicles.

Precautions:
Dying your hair with a mix of Indigo and Henna will provide brown colour results.
Dying your hair first with Henna only, then with Ingido with Amla only will provide black colour results.
