ECOCE - Pomegranate Cider Vinegar - 500ml

The ECOCE vinegars are processed and bottled in accordance with EU & USDA Organic guidelines, and are certified organic.  Their Pomegranate Cider Vinegar is made from the juice and seeds of the pomegranate. This Raw and Unfiltered vinegar has a deep dark red colour and is believed to have many health benefits. Its cloudy appearance is due to the “mother” not being removed. The ‘mother’ is the symbiotic strands of proteins, enzymes and friendly bacteria that ferment the fruits into vinegar.

Directions to use: 

Shake well before use. Pomegranate Vinegar can be used for salad dressing, to add flavour to meat, soup and other cooked meals, or to add to marinates. It can also be taken directly with a glass of water.
