Composition: Each tablet contains: Active substance: Methyylsulfonylmethane (OptiMSM®) - 1000 mg. Contains sugar. Lactose - 96 mg.

ThreshHold® Real MSM contains OptiMSM®, which is four times distilled and is one of the purest MSMs available. ThreshHold® Real MSM assists with chronic and/or exercise associated pain in the following ways: Chronic pain: Anti-inflammatory. Assists in the temporary relief of pain, swelling, redness, inflammation and difficult mobility of joints in patients with arthritis. Improves range of motion and physical function in arthritic patients. Exercise associated pain: Supports recovery from exercise. Reduces post exercise muscle soreness and joint pain. Complementary medicine: D34.13 other. Health supplement are intended only to complement health or supplement the diet.

Directions for Use:
Dosage and directions for use: Adults and adolescents 12 and over: Joint support and relief of symptoms associated with pain, inflammation & arthritis: 3 - 6 tablets per day, depending on intensity and/or severity of symptoms. General maintenance and/or support: 2 Tablets per day (once relief of symptoms is achieved). To promote exercise recovery and prevent post exercise soreness: 3 Tablets per day. Children 6 - 12 years: For arthritis, inflammatory conditions and exercise associated pain: 1 Tablet daily (The tablet may be dissolved in water/crushed and added to food or drinks). For use in children under the age of 6, please consult your doctor, pharmacist or other healthcare provider.
