Treats the following symptoms:
Way to Right was created by Zhang Jingyue, a Chinese medicine doctor in the Ming Dynasty. The formula follows the philosophy: “Those who nourish the Yang will seek the nourishing Yang from the replenishing Yin, and the Yang can only be constantly generated by the Yin’s support”. This formula is pure tonic and the effect of nourishing the Kidney and strengthening the Yang is stronger than that of Tonic Yang. It is suitable for cases of particularly weak Kidney Yang.
It is mainly used to treat sexual dysfunction, sperm deficiency and osteoporosis caused by insufficient Kidney Yang. Chronic bronchitis and asthma, early and late menstruation, hypothyroidism other diseases with symptoms of Yang Deficiency.
ABSENCE OF MENSTRUATION (AMENORRHOEA)
Typical symptoms:
absence of Menstruation (amenorrhoea)Disease description:
Menstruation refers to the days when the menstrual blood flows from the vagina. A cycle is the time from the first day of menstruation to the last day before the next menstruation. This is different for every woman but normally takes happens about every 21 to 35 days. Usually, menstrual bleeding occurs 28 days after the last period. Normally menstruation starts with heavier bleeding, which becomes lighter over the next few days. The light red blood becomes darker and darker. The menstrual period lasts three to six days and at the end, there may well be spotting with old, brownish blood. As a rule, women lose a total of about 50-60 millilitres of blood during menstruation.
Cycle disturbances or irregularities in the female cycle can occur, which relate to the frequency, duration and strength/heaviness of menstruation. They are normal immediately after the first menstrual period, as menstruation and hormonal changes must first settle down.
There are many causes of cycle disturbances. Since the cycle is hormonally controlled, hormonal disorders, as well as diseases of the female sexual organs, are most often the cause of changes. Moreover, medication, genetic disposition, physical or psychological stress can also be the cause of cycle problems.
Explanation according to the Traditional Chinese Medicine:
Amenorrhoea is a reflection of the overall dysfunction of the body. It involves the functions of the organs and the prosperity and weakness of Chong Ren Qi. There are many types of complex syndromes. But it can be summarized as Deficiency and Excess. Those with Deficiency are mostly due to lack of Liver and Kidney, Deficiency of Essence and Blood; or due to Weakness of Qi and Blood, and Blood Empty of the uterus.
An Excess pattern, mostly due to Stagnation of Qi and Blood Stasis, Phlegm and Dampness, blockades Chong and Ren, therefore menstrual blood can’t go down and causes amenorrhoea.

CHRONIC COUGH, CHRONIC BRONCHITIS AND BRONCHIAL ASTHMA
Disease description:
Coughing is a natural reflex to quickly get rid of germs, harmful and foreign substances in the airways. A cough can last several weeks, but anyone who struggles with coughing for more than eight weeks has a chronic health problem.
The inflammation of upper airways in the lungs, the bronchial tubes, is called bronchitis.
According to the World Health Organization, bronchitis is chronic when the mucus cough appears on almost every day within three months and this for two consecutive years. Like acute bronchitis, chronic bronchitis is characterized by coughing with mucus (especially in the morning), but it lasts longer. Chronic bronchitis is often the result of regular smoking and can have serious consequences. The ingredients of cigarette smoke, such as nicotine, irritate the bronchial mucosa of our respiratory tract, which is equipped with many small cilia, which consequently become inflamed. Therefore, the body, to get rid of penetrating foreign bodies, has to loosen the stuck mucus through recurring coughing attacks.
Bronchial asthma is one of the most common widespread respiratory tract diseases. The bronchial tubes become constricted in attacks, caused by the contact to personal allergy triggers, resulting in a hypersensitive immune system reaction and symptoms include coughing and shortness of breath.
Explanation according to the Traditional Chinese Medicine:
Chinese medicine calls chronic bronchitis and bronchial asthma “Internal Impairment Cough” or “Phlegm Syndrome“. It is usually caused by dysfunction of internal organs. The inducement is Exogenous Wind, Cold or Heat.
Long-term illness consumes Lung and Spleen Qi. Weak Spleen Qi leading to Phlegm retention. The Phlegmstained in the Lungs, congesting the airways, causing coughing and Phlegm.
The Exogenous Pathogens invade the Lungs, resulting in Phlegm obstruction of Lung, and the reverse of the Lung Qi.
The Kidneys accept Qi and help the Lungs to breathe. If the Kidney Qi is weak, the inhaled Qi can’t be supported by the Kidney, then the Lung Qi is reversed as coughing and wheezing.
Possible syndromes causing these problems:
Damp Phlegm in the Lungs
An obstruction of Lung by Phlegm leading to adverse movement of Qi resulting in long-term cough, dyspnoea, massive white phlegm that is easily expectorated, stuffiness of the chest, poor appetite.

EARLY MENSTRUATION (CYCLE LESS THEN 21 DAYS)
Typical symptoms:
early menstruationDisease description:

Explanation according to the Traditional Chinese Medicine:
Qi and Blood is an important factor in maintaining the menstrual cycle. No matter what causes Qi and Blood Disorders, it will lead to early menstruation. If there is Heat in the Blood, it will disrupt the natural flow of the Blood making it overflow from the vessels. The Spleen works to restrict the Blood to run in the Blood vessels, therefore a weak Spleen won’t be able to control the Blood, leading to the Blood will overflowing. Congenital Kidney Qi Deficiency can also manifest as early menstruation because Kidney Qi is the basis for maintaining menstruation.
Possible syndromes causing these problems:
Blood Heat
Early periods which are heavy with bright red or dark red blood, can also be associated with anxiety, irritability, mental restlessness, red face, thirst, dark urine, dry stools, a sensation of heat, sweating.

HYPOTHYROIDISM
Typical symptoms:
constipation, depression, fatigue, hair loss, loss of energy, low blood pressure (hypotension), low libidoDisease description:
If the thyroid gland produces too few hormones, this is called hypothyroidism. Thyroid hormones are energy suppliers for many body cells, therefore a lack of these hormones slows down the metabolic processes in the body. Possible causes of hypothyroidism are Hashimoto thyroiditis (an autoimmune disease of the thyroid gland), removal of the thyroid gland or radiotherapy, iodine deficiency (needed for the formation of thyroid hormones), medication or drugs. The symptoms are typically rather unspecific and can be more or less pronounced: lack of drive, sleep disturbances, hair loss, constipation, weight gain, tiredness, general physical exhaustion, muscle weakness, depressive mood.
Explanation according to the Traditional Chinese Medicine:

Explanation according to the Traditional Chinese Medicine:
Late or delayed Menstruation may be a Deficiency Syndrome or Excess Syndrome. The Deficiency Syndrome is due to insufficient Qi and Blood and menstrual blood can’t flow on time. Excess Syndrome means that the Meridians are impassable due to Stagnation or Cold and the Qi Blood are not running smoothly.
Possible syndromes causing these problems:
Blood and Yin Deficiency
Recommended formulas to use:
