Paloonda (Larrea mexicana), Galphimia glauca, Luffa operculata and Aralia racemosa: are effective in the treatment of hay fever, allergic rhinitis and allergic asthma.
- Ammi visnaga: counteracts spasms of the smooth muscles, also those in the respiratory system, and thereby assists in relieving asthmatic coughing.
- Cardiospermum: is used in the treatment of allergies, especially skin allergies.
- Okoubaka aubrevillei: is used traditionally in relieving respiratory allergies.

Dosage
Suggested for acute treatment of allergies or preventatively as a form of desensitisation for a few weeks prior to allergy season.
Adults and children over 12 years:
Take 10 drops or 2 tablets, 3 times daily, 15 minutes before meals, on, or directly under the tongue or the 10 drops in a teaspoon of water.
Children 6-12 years:
Take 5 drops or 1 tablet three times daily, 15 minutes before meals, on, or directly under the tongue or the 5 drops in a teaspoon of water.
Children 2-6 years:
Take 2 drops three times daily, 15 minutes before meals in a teaspoon of water, on, or direclty under the tongue.
In acute/severe cases:
Take respective number of drops hourly, gradually reducing frequency as improvement occurs, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
