IQScript provides “brain food” in the form of two well known and researched ingredients namely brahami and phosphatidylserine.

Brahmi, more commonly known as bacopa, is a well-researched, ayurvedic herb, know to support cognitive function. Its possible mechanism of action includes modulation of acetylcholine release in addition to protecting neuronal cells from oxidative damage.

Phosphatidylserine (PS) is a fat soluble phospholipid occurring endogenously in the human brain. It has been shown to improve memory, concentration and attention span. In addition, PS counteracts the release of excessive cortisol that can occur with continuous stress.
