Ingredients:

Each CHROMIUM ASSIST capsule contains:
Chromium polynicotinate 10% (equivalent to elemental value 20 µg)     200 µg
L-Glutamine powder  

Other ingredients: Magnesium crystalline cellulose powder and a hard vegetable capsule shell.

Directions for Use:

Take one (1) CHROMIUM ASSIST capsule twice a day during or after a meal or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.

Storage:

Store at or below 25 °C. Protect from moisture.
Keep in the original container until ready for use.

Precautions:

DO NOT EXCEED THE RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSE.
