DMAE (dimethylaminoethanol) is a compound used in the body to make choline. Choline is needed for optimal production of acetylcholine, the main neurotransmitter involved in memory and learning.

Research has shown that DMAE may assist with relieving symptoms associated with anxiety & ADHD, and improving mood, fatigue & energy levels

DMAE has also been shown to increase skin firmness.

Ingredients:
DMAE (Dimethylaminoethanol) 1250mg

Directions for Use:
Take 1/4 teaspoon per day with juice or water, preferably in the mornings.
