Ingredients:

Borage Oil (Linoleic Acid, Gamma-Linolenic Acid (GLA), Oleic Acid, Palmitic Acid). Softgel Capsule Shell: gelatin (from bovine), vegetable glycerin (from palm kernel oil)

Serving size/Dosage:

As a food supplement for adults, one (1) softgel daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed directions for use.
