Valerian 100mg
Passion Flower 50mg
Skullcap Extract 50mg
Directions for Use:
Take 1 capsule, 2-3 times daily with water, preferably before mealtime.
To aid sleep, take 1-2 capsules, 30 minutes before bedtime.
Or as directed by your health care practitioner.
Precautions:
