Hericium erinaceus commonly known as Lion’s Mane mushroom is an edible mushroom native to North America, Europe and Asia. Lion’s Mane mushroom has a long history of use in East Asian traditional medicine. Sfera Lion’s Mane is made from a Hericium erinaceus ethanol-water 10:1 extract, with the aim to enrich the polysaccharide content in the material. Sfera Lion’s Mane Mushroom Extract promotes and maintains cognitive health. Sfera Lion’s Mane is a source of polysaccharides with immunomodulating properties, nervous system tonic and vital for health cognitive health.

Ingredients

One vegetarian capsule provides: Hericium erinaceus (Lion's Mane mushroom) [fruiting body extract 10:1] 450 mg.

Other ingredients: Vegetarian capsule and microcrystalline cellulose.

Directions

Take one (1) to three (3) capsules in divided doses during the day, or as directed by your health care provider.

Sfera Lion’s Mane Extract can have side effects. Gastrointestinal disturbances are the most common side effects. Sfera Lion’s Mane Extract may cause skin itching.

Do not take Sfera Lion’s Mane Extract:

• if you are hypersensitive (allergic) to mushrooms.
