Bacopa, also known as Brahmi, is a traditional medicine and nootropic known for vitality and cognitive enhancement. It may help to promote concentration and mental alertness.

It may relieve symptoms of anxiety, stress and ADHD.

Research has shown that the compound ‘Bacopa monnieri’ interacts with the dopamine and serotonin systems, and its main mechanism is to promote neuron communication. It does this by increasing the growth of dendrites. Bacopa monnieri also has antioxidant effects.

Ingredients:
Bacopa Monnieri Extract 330mg

Directions for Use:
Take 1-2 capsules daily with water, preferably before mealtime.
Or as directed by your health care practitioner.
